Using the Greystone proprietary web-enabled desktop application, a customer can create and upload a file into our list management system. This system will correct the country name and spelling, route the list through our matrix system and return a report. The report contains the carrier sheets bar-coded and manifested in our system. The required PPI and return addresses are already on the carrier sheet. This then generates the pre-alert and schedules the mail for the next consolidation as soon as the consignment is received in our warehouse.
